Make your good work easier to see.

When reviews have gone quiet and business details are out of date, customers have less to go on. We help small service businesses keep their Google Business Profile accurate, show genuine customer feedback on their website, and make review follow-up part of the post-job routine.

$497 one-time setup plus $297 per month. A paid 60-day evaluation, with no free trial or minimum commitment. Monthly billing continues until you cancel.

Keep the details customers check up to date.

  • Help customers find accurate information. We audit your profile, reviews, responses, customer proof on your website and current routine, then plan and make approved updates to hours, services, service area and photos.
  • Give review follow-up a clear owner. We agree who confirms completed jobs, who asks eligible customers, when to ask, and how to handle replies. Review responses have assigned responsibilities, factual checks and owner approval for sensitive issues.
  • Show genuine feedback on your website. We propose a way to display attributable, current customer proof, then put it in place after your written approval.
  • Know what happened and what needs attention. A concise monthly report records completed work, observed changes, open issues and next decisions.

If you have no website, a basic site tailored to your business is included, with pages and features agreed in writing. Google Business Profile setup assistance is included if you need to obtain a profile. The package price stays the same; this does not include full website replacement or unlimited custom development.

You retain your domain, content created for your business, customer data and control of your Google Business Profile.

Your first 60 days

Know who does what before work starts.

We agree the scope, costs, billing dates and service-start date before you sign. After signing and any written setup-waiver approval, we send a private payment link. You also give separate written authorization to begin. We confirm cleared setup payment or its approved waiver, cleared first-month payment and all applicable requirements in writing before kickoff. No public checkout.

1. Record the starting point

Dane Draper: Hold kickoff, arrange access and record dated profile, review and website observations before changing or creating anything.

You: Grant access by invitation, confirm accurate business facts and name the person who knows when jobs are finished.

2. Put the routine in place

Dane Draper: Make approved profile and website changes, prepare request and reminder copy, and assign review-response responsibilities. Delivery can be manual.

You: Supply eligible completed-customer records with consent evidence, approve exact copy and website placements, and keep us informed of opt-outs.

3. Check in at Day 45

Dane Draper: Compare available review activity with the starting record. Review completed work, opt-outs, failed sends, pending approvals and next actions.

You: Discuss what is useful, what still needs attention and whether the responsibilities fit your working week.

Day 45 and the 60-calendar-day evaluation run from the agreed service-start date. The check-in assesses the work; it does not promise results. Setup timing depends on access and approvals. We’ll agree the time needed from you and how approvals fit your working week before signing.

Illustrative monthly-report outline — this shows what a report covers, not client results.

  • Starting point and current picture: Available review rating and count compared with the dated baseline, plus review-response activity.
  • Requests and delivery: Initial requests, reminders, available delivery evidence, opt-outs and failed sends.
  • Work completed: Approved Google Business Profile maintenance and updates to customer proof shown on your website.
  • What needs your decision: Open issues, outstanding approvals and proposed next-period actions.

Unavailable data is marked with a reason, not recorded as zero. Observed changes do not establish that our work caused them. We target report delivery within 10 business days after calendar month-end; this is not a guaranteed deadline.

Agree the fit and costs up front.

Local Trust Engine is the only service available to begin. Broader marketing needs are topics we can assess in a conversation.

  • Pilot qualification. You operate a physical location or defined local service area, have or plan to obtain a Google Business Profile, can supply eligible completed-customer records meeting consent requirements, and agree the written scope. We confirm there are enough completed jobs to evaluate the routine and a named day-to-day operator; Dane Draper makes the final qualification decision.
  • Setup waiver. Setup is waived only for the first three qualified paid pilot clients. Qualification alone does not reserve a place. We confirm current availability and written waiver approval before issuing a monthly-only payment link.
  • Included software and approved extras. Normal agency software costs are included. Client-specific domains, hosting or special subscriptions cost extra only with your prior written approval of each amount. Any provider or usage-cost treatment not covered by these terms must be documented in your written scope.
  • Message allowance. The package includes 50 outbound messages per calendar month across all channels, counting initial requests and reminders. Failed attempts and corrected retries count, except agency-caused failures or duplicates. The allowance is separate from provider billing units. Extra work or messages above the allowance require a written quote describing the work and price, and your written approval before proceeding.
  • Monthly billing and cancellation. The paid evaluation does not stop billing at Day 60. Cancel anytime by written notice, with no advance notice required; we stop the next renewal and further recurring charges. Setup and monthly payments are non-refundable, including unused paid time, except where required by law or under the agreement’s late-payment refund policy.
